The software driver for both the DV Keyboard and Professional Series keyboards is designed to allow you to easily program the keyboard for many uses. To help you get up to speed as quickly as possible, we have created settings for some of the more popular applications.

1. Click on the appropriate "Download" link below.

For Mac users, hold down the Control key and click on the link for the file you would like to download, then select "Download Linked File" from the menu.

For Windows users, right-click on the file you wish to download and choose "Save Target As."

2. Open the JSM Settings application and select the "Import Setting" option. Choose the setting(s) you just downloaded. NOTE: When updating a setting to a newer version the old version must be removed first (you may only have one setting per application). For more detailed instructions reference your User Guide.


3. Once the setting has been imported, the name in the Applications window will be the name of the setting you just imported, such as "MOVIEMK." If you want to re-name the setting to something more familiar, such as "Movie Maker," make sure the setting is selected in the Applications window, then choose Rename from the File menu, and type the name you would like to appear.

Each keyboard Driver comes with settings for some of the more popular applications. Settings shown in bold type are included with our latest Drivers.

If you don't see the setting for your application in the list below, you'll find that programming the keyboard is simple, allowing you to easily create your own settings. Just follow the instructions included in the User Guide, and create your own settings.

For Premiere Pro 1.0/7 through Premiere Pro 1.5: Click here to download "Layout-1.0.exe" Note: must be installed with the setting Adobe Premiere Pro 1.0/7 through 1.5 above.

For Premiere Pro CS3 and Premiere Pro CS4: We have two different files depending on the keyboard you have:

Note: if you are using JSM Settings version 2 or earlier, please make sure to install the JSM setting file for Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and CS4 above.

• If you purchased your keyboard after May, 2009 and the model number ends in "-A" such as "5201-A" (the model number is printed on the bottom of the keyboard) then download and use this file: "Layout_CS4.exe"
   
• If you are using either CS 3 or CS 4 and your model number does not have "-A" after it, click here to download "Layout_CS3&4.exe"
   
• If you are using the HD Mouse in conjunction with the Adobe Premiere Pro keyboard, either of those above settings will continue to work fine. If you are using only the HD Mouse without a Premiere Pro keyboard, click here to download this file: "Layout_CS4.exe"
