I’m new to on-line shopping – could you describe the process?
The steps to shopping at Bella Corporation are as follows:

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase, click on the items picture or the "Details" link, choose the quantity, and click "add to cart"

  2. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" icon.

  3. You will be asked to create an account with a Username and Password.

  4. You will be asked to review your order, then to proceed click on the "Continue With Check Out Process" button. This is the last step where you will enter you address and credit card information. This section of our site uses secure SSL encryption.

Is your site secure?
Yes, and to protect you, the only area of our site that requires security is the section where we take your address and credit card information. Please see the Privacy section below for further information.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

U.S. & CANADIAN SALES ONLY
The Bella Corporation Store sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. No shipments can be made to Post Office Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States and Canada. You may not export any products purchased at the Bella Corporation Store.

PRICING
All prices shown on the Bella Corporation web site are in US Dollars. Pricing outside of the United States may be higher.

SALES TO END USERS ONLY
The Bella Corporation Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. Bella Corporation authorized resellers should refer to the Bella Corporation Reseller Site for information on ordering Bella Corporation Products. Resellers interested in obtaining authorization to resell Bella Corporation products should visit our Reseller Information page.

RETURN POLICY
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 15 days of receipt of the product, provided you have a valid RMA (see below). Upon receipt of your returned product, you will be credited for the cost of the product minus any shipping and handling fees. After 15 days, Bella Corporation only permits the return of products due to a product defect, or a Bella Corporation shipping or order processing error; all other sales are final. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Bella Corporation's discretion. If you have received a defective product or an incorrect product due to a Bella Corporation shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:

  1. Please contact Bella Corporation Sales Support at (818) 563-9500 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 15 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with Bella Corporation's return policy (noted above.)

  2. If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Bella Corporation. You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs; Bella Corporation will pay for the return shipping to you.

  3. The product must be returned to Bella Corporation within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. NOTE: Bella Corporation recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Bella Corporation or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking, and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss of, or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the US Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
The Bella Corporation Store accepts Visa and MasterCard. You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, fax, mail, or phone). At the time your order is placed, Bella Corporation obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Cashier's Check or Money Order
The Bella Corporation Store accepts a cashier's check or money order as a valid form of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at (818) 563-9500. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to Bella Corporation and include your web order # and/or copy of your order. Please mail your payment to:

Bella Corporation must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 1 business day for order processing after Bella Corporation receives your payment.

Wire Transfer
The Bella Corporation Store accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Bella Corporation at (818) 563-9500 and place an order by phone.

  2. Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping from the Bella Corporation representative.

  3. Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order, referencing your name and web order number to our bank account. To obtain our bank account information please contact us by phone at (818) 563-9500 or via email at .

SALES TAX, CUSTOMS FEES DUTIES & TARIFFS
Bella Corporation Store purchases being delivered in the state of California will include Los Angeles, California sales tax of 8.25%.
For Bella Corporation Store purchases being delivered to Canada, the customer is responsible for any and all Customs fees, Duties or Tariffs associated with importing Bella Corporation products into Canada. Should you refuse to pay for the Customs fees, Duties or Tariffs and the product is returned to Bella Corporation, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the non-delivered product.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
As a service to our customers, Bella Corporation provides a number of UPS shipping options. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.

PRICES
Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Bella Corporation reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Bella Corporation Store at any time and is not responsible for typographical errors.

Should Bella Corporation reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 days of shipment, you may contact Bella Corporation Sales Support at (818) 563-9500 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Bella Corporation within 14 business days of shipment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Given the popularity of some products Bella Corporation may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted to the Bella Corporation Store web site. This information is subject to change.

Bella Corporation makes every effort to ship your product from the Bella Corporation Store within one week of receiving your order. However, due to changes in product availability this can vary. We encourage you to contact Bella Corporation Sales Support at (818) 563-9500 for order status information.

If Bella Corporation is unable to ship your product within thirty days from the date Bella Corporation receives your payment, we will notify you by email and provide more specific information.

Bella Corporation endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Bella Corporation reserves the right to update or discontinue products without notice.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Bella Corporation warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of time specified on the product packaging. The warranty is as follows:

Bella Corporation, "Warrantor," warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship. Under this warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge. Labor is warranted for a ninety-day period following the date of sale. Any product returned must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); products without an RMA will be refused. Defective units will be either repaired or replaced (at the discretion of Bella Corporation). Upon its return to the warrantor at 126 E. Alameda Ave. Burbank, CA 91502, prepaid & insured, the warrantor will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the warranty. The warranty shall not apply to any equipment which is found to have been improperly installed, set up, or to have been modified, repaired or altered in any way without the express written consent of the company. Additionally, due to the delicate nature of keycap icons, lettering and symbols on the keyboard, the Warrantor does not warrant the keycap icons, lettering and symbols from fading or deteriorating over time (the use of hand creams and lotions will greatly accelerate the fading and deterioration of the keycap icons, lettering and symbols - avoid their use if possible).

The Warrantor does not warrant the fitness for a particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty, expressed or implied, other than the warranty contained herein. No implied warranty on this unit, created by state law, shall extend beyond the term of this warranty, and Bella Corporation shall not be liable for any loss of use of the product or incidental of consequential damages, including damages to other parts of any installation of which this product is a part. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

No agent, representative, dealer or employee of the company has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or terms of this warranty.

The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bella Corporation is not responsible for typographic errors.

Bella Corporation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Bella Corporation Store at any time.

All sales are subject to and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable federal laws of the United States and applicable laws of the State of California and local governmental entities.  In purchasing from Bella Corporation you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and the federal courts situated in the State of California in connection with any action arising under or in connection with your purchase.

No Bella Corporation employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Bella Corporation Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.

We use the information to process your order. Only we have access to this information and we use an I.D. system that is "proprietary" to you. If you leave our site with an "Open Order" that you have not submitted, you cannot return and finish that order - you must start over. We do not save your un-submitted order or any non-submitted Internet Content

How do I know if your Website is Secure?
 

The portion of Bella-USA.com site we've made secure is the checkout area. This is where you actually purchase the items you've put into your Shopping Basket. The entire checkout process, from introduction to final confirmation, takes place in a secure environment.
